Ordering Information:

  • There are two ways to purchase books from the Gladstone Historical Society.  Full instructions are given below. All book sales are final.
  • If you have any questions about buying books or other items, please send us an email through our contact form below.
  • Please note: If at all possible, we do not charge shipping. If your order is for an address in the Gladstone-Portland Metro area, we can arrange to deliver to you or tell you how you can collect your order.
  • If your order is for an address outside of the Gladstone-Portland Metro area, the actual postage amount will be added to your order.

  • Include the titles of all the book(s) you want to order
  • Include your contact information:  Full name, email address, and include your telephone number and the best time to call, and the best way to reach you at the bottom of your order list.
  • You may also tell us if you would like to pick up your book order or you want your order mailed.  ​
  • Once we receive your order, we will contact you to complete the order.
  • If you choose to have your order mailed, shipping costs will be included in the final cost of the book(s).
  • If you choose to pick up your order, you may pay for your order at the time of pick-up.   No shipping charge.
  • We accept cash, checks, or credit cards.
